What’s in my Handbag

My handbag essentials by Claire @ Beauty Hound Blog

Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream – this multipurpose balm has been a staple in my handbag for about the last 10 years. I use is as a lip balm, cuticle cream, to slick down eye brows and sooth cuts & burns. My kids call it the magic cream as I whip it out for any minor scrape my family endures. Total cult classic.

My hair is in dire need of a trim so, until I see my stylist next week, I’m carrying a simple black head band to keep my hair out of my eyes at work and my new hair obsession Tigi Mini Masterpiece Massive Shine Hairspray for when it gets totally out of control.

For quick touch ups, the ever adored YSL touché éclat in no. 2 never leaves my side. Eye bags be gone! For a cheek boost, Collection Speedy Blush in Cheeky 02 is creamy with a slight shimmer for a fresh easy pick me up.

No handbag is without a hand cream. L’Occitane Amande Delicious Hands with almon milk has an amazing marzipan-y scent and soaks into the skin quickly.

Estée Lauder Pure Colour in Crystal Baby 01 – on days where you don’t want to go for a bold look, but just want to look pretty and effortless, this creamy lipstick is beautiful and so easy to wear.

I’m never without a mascara. Maybelline the Falsies Push Up Drama is still my current favourite. It’s soooo black which is always a mascara priority in my book.

Mini fragrance bottles are so cute. Giorgio Armanai Si Eau de Parfum is my signature scent and I carry this mini for last minute plans after work.
