Tuesday Top 5 – Summer bright Lipsticks

After another tropical day here in the UK, I’m almost getting used to this summer lark!

So, here’s a hot top 5 of my Summer Brights Lipsticks from the high street for you. Put on your bikini, grab a pina colada and enjoy.

Left to right:

Make up Revolution amazing lipstick – I wasn’t mixed up. Gorgeous plum colour with a semi matte finish. Perfect for hot summer evenings.

Avon ultra colour indulgence lipstick – daffodil petal. Perfect peachy colour that goes great with a tan. Semi sheer but still packs a punch.

Avon true colour perfectly matte lipstick – Electric Pink. My personal favourite. This super shocking pink colour is just simply amazing. The matte formula is really creamy and it lasts forever.

Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish lipstick – 16. Another bright pink but more of a true pink. Very girly and the satin finish wears really comfortably.

Avon true colour perfectly matte lipstick – Absolute Coral. I know, another Avon one. But this ultra bright coral is just awesome. It goes with everything and even though it’s orangey, it doesn’t make your teeth look yellow.

Summer is a great time to try shades you wouldn’t normally go for, and sun kissed skin means the loud shades really stand out. So be brave girls! Team your bright lipstick with your favourite summer print outfit and you’re good to go!

  1. Even being fair skinned I go for my brights this summer! My favorite is the Maybelline Creamy Matte in Craving Coral– a gorgeous bright coral that’s not too neon so it is wearable but still packs a punch. Thanks for sharing your faves!
